Workshops
WellWoman workshops are a self-care moment with yoga postures, breathing, self observation, self massages, dance and exchange.
They are an opportunity to take time for yourself, meet with like-minded women and reconnect with your body, mind and soul.
Because life is often busy and sometimes, we need to stop and breathe.
Wellwoman workshops are run in-person, in North London, Mont-de-Marsan or Hossegor. They are small and personal with a maximum of 10 women participating.

our Fears
A 2 hour workshop to experiment with some strong postures, some inversions, some breath work.
We will finish with a nice yin session to relax, release the tensions and reflect .
