Workshops

I regularly organise 2-hour long workshops that offer a chance to deepen your yoga practice and knowledge,. They are also an opportunity to take time for yourself, meet with like-minded women and reconnect with your body, mind and soul. 

Because life is often busy and we need time to take time to stop and breathe. 

 

WellWoman workshops are a self-care moment with yoga postures, breathing, self observation, self massages, dance and exchange, plus a few tips to keep practicing in-between workshops.  

They are run in-person, in North London, Mont-de-Marsan or Hossegor​. They are small and personal with a maximum of 10 women participating.

Yang to Yin :
Overcoming
our fears

A 2 1/2 hour workshop to experiment with inversions, some strong postures held for quite a long time, staying quiet, observing, some breath work. And then one hour of Yin and Yoga nidra, to relax and release all the tensions.  

We will finish the workshop with a nice cup of tea and some nibbles, a chat and a laugh, ready to go back into the world.
