You have arrived in the right place at Yoga with Hélène.
I hold a space for women who like practising yoga in a relaxed atmosphere with a real community feel.
It is true that practicing yoga is a very serious matter. However, in my classes, we do not take ourselves seriously. We have fun and are non judgemental because the more we enjoy what we do, the more we want to do it!
