I qualified as a yoga instructor in 2003 in the Sivananda Yoga Vendanta Dhanwantari Ashram in Neyyar Dam in Kerala, India.

I have been teaching yoga since then.

 

I have added many trainings from different tradition to my initial qualification:

- yoga therapy,

- pregnancy yoga,

- yoga for teenagers with Yoga Campus in London,

- yin yoga with Amelie Annoni,

- yoga for perimenopause and menopause with Yoga Teacher Forum,

- bases et fondamentaux de la méthode de Gasquet (basics and fundamentals for the "de Gasquet" method)

London has been my adoptive home since 1998. 
My classes are in English and in French.
