During these 2 hours we will practice yoga in a slightly different way than usual. We will jump, danse, shake, strike the pose and stay in it, give ourserlves a face massage, do some pranayama and some yoga nidra. A whole range of different postures and paces, to get our heart rate a little faster than usual, to feel like we are alive and kicking!! A fun and different way to spend your Saturday afternoon!
