About

I am pleased to invite you for my annual Hossegor retreat. This year, we will be staying in a beautiful traditional "maison landaise" in the centre of Hossegor. As always, the holiday will be about yoga but not only. 

On Saturday evening, once you have settled in your room and freshened up, we will do a gentle yoga session to loosen up and ease from the tensions of the journey and then we will have a healthy vegetarian, home cooked dinner in the house. Maybe a stroll to the Ocean...?

2 yoga sessions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with a sound bath on Sunday afternoon, a pampering session followed by a meditative Mandala drawing on Monday evening and a silent walk along the beach before you head off to the airport. 

We will also  share stories and experience during circle time, dine together in town, go shopping, be pampered and any other activity you wish to add to your holidays. Hossegor has so much to offer : bike rides, stand up paddle, golf, tennis, siesta...
