Adult Classes
My style of yoga is based on the classical hatha yoga tradition which I combine with a modern twist.
Each session I plan is different from the previous one. Sometimes, we will spend the whole time lying and sitting down. Other times, we will move from standing to sitting to lying down.
One session may focus on a specific part of the body (back, legs, etc.). Another one, on the whole body.
Breathing is an essential part of my classes whether it is integrated in the practice or as standalone exercice.
I always make certain all sessions provide stretching, toning, strengthening and relaxing.

At the beginning of all my classes, I have a quick chat to check on your health, level of energy and mood.
With a maximum of 10 people per class, I remain at your side during the whole session, whether in-person or online,

You leave my classes feeling energized, relaxed, centered and renewed, having had a wonderful time connecting with yourself and other women.
You get a break from the stress and speed of day-to-day life.
