Yoga has been part of my life since 1998 and I have been teaching yoga since 2003.
My classes are aimed at women in their mid-life. I offer them a space where they practice yoga without any judgement, where they can have a laugh, a workout, a relax. Sometimes strong, sometimes soft the sessions are always different so they get to work on the whole body.
I always introduce some breathing exercises, pranayama, to help calm down and be able to take a moment, a pause.
I also teach Teenagers, since 2018, and help them love, respect, listen to the bodies, to themselves. The classes are a mix of fairly athletic postures and long soft relaxations. Because Teenage years can be hard, I try to give them the tools to feel strong, healthy and rested.
London has been my adoptive home since 1998.
My classes are in English and in French.
